Wash Lemon, Carrots, and Ginger.
Chop carrots about 1/4” thick.
Place carrots in blender and add almond milk. (Milk should cover carrots).
Blend and place in jug.
Cut ginger root 3.5” in length.
Place ginger in blender.
Blend and place in jug.
Place three bananas in blender and add almond milk. (Recommend breaking bananas in halves)
Blend and place in jug.
Cut a lemon slice about 1/4” thick and place in jug.
Sprinkle 1/4 tsp of cinnamon in jug.
Mix with a spoon and allow beverage to refrigerate for five minutes.
Pour in your favorite cup and enjoy.
