Shipping

We aim to have shipment in route 72 hours after purchase. We currently do not ship internationally. Shipments are only made during operational hours, which are Monday through Thursday from 9 AM ET to 5 PM ET.

Returns & Exchanges

We will honor returns, and exchanges seven days after product have been received. All products must be returned in original packaging. We will not refund for returned damaged merchandise. Customer must pay for shipping on returns, exchanges, and provide tracking number. Returns, and exchanges are only accepted of unused products. Please use our contact us form, and a service representative will be able to assist.

Damages

If you are to receive damaged product, please take pictures of the interior and exterior of packaging upon arrival and supply to our customer service team on our contact us page

Missing Shipment

If your shipment is marked delivered from tracking information provided, you have 7 days to report missing products. Please use our contact us page for assistance.
