Ingredients
  

  • 3 Ibs Chicken Thighs
  • 2 tsp Browing
  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder 
  • 2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt or to taste
  • 2 tbsp Complete season
  • 5 Thyme
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp White pepper
  • ½ Sweet Onion Slice 
  • 1 Scotch Bonnet Pepper Chopped optional (can remove the seed)
  • ¼ Cup Oil
  • 2 tbsp Ketchup
  • 2 tbsp BBQ sauce 
  • 4 Cup Water
  • 3 Small Carrots chopped
  • 4 Baby Potato chopped 

Instructions
 

  • Wash and chop chicken cut each piece in halve.  
  • In a mixing bowl add chicken with browning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, paprika, fresh thyme, black pepper, onions, red pepper, and scotch bonnet, rubbing seasoning into the chicken.  
  • Cover and marinate in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight. 
  • In a large skillet heat oil over medium heat add chicken do not add the seasons covered and brown for 1-2 minutes on each side. Until all chicken is complete.  
  • Add 1 cup water cover and let simmer stirring occasionally until all water observe.  
  • Add all reserved season to skillet with 2-3 cups of water ketchup and BBQ sauce.  
  • Bring mixture to a simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Until carrots and potatoes are tender and gravy thickens Serve and enjoy.
