In a food processor add in orange juice, lime juice, garlic cloves, lime zest, cumin, oregano, green seasoning salt & black pepper.
Blend until smooth.
Then add in smoked paprika and olive oil. Blend the mixture again.
In a large mixing bowl, add in your chicken leg quarters.
Pour blended marinade onto the chicken. Season well under and on top of the skin of the chicken. Everything should be well coated. (At this step you can bake right away or for extra flavor let chicken marinate for at least 1 hour)
To a greased piece of parchment paper on top of a sheet pan add your seasoned chicken.
Add chopped onions .
Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
